7 Fully Remote Entry-Level Jobs

According to a recent FlexJobs survey, 71% of surveyed millennials said they want work flexibility in a future job. Millennials are valuing work flexibility and seeking out these opportunities in order to travel, have side businesses, ditch a long commute, and explore hobbies.

Below we’re featuring seven fully remote jobs that require little to no experience. As entry-level jobs, these positions are perfect for recent graduates, along with anyone seeking work-from-home jobs with no experience.

1. Virtual Health Coach

Work from home full-time to work with people to prevent or manage chronic conditions by facilitating healthful lifestyle modifications. This is an entry-level position, but you’ll need a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with 2,000 hours of related wellness experience.

2. Academic Editor

In this full-time, entry-level position, an academic editor is needed to make high-quality edits of academic manuscripts in fields related to their research experience. An advanced degree and strong editing and time management skills are needed.

3. Virtual Office Assistant

Working from home, a virtual office assistant will assist the CEO and other departments with one-off tasks such as quality assurance testing, writing blog posts, organizing files and information, etc.

4. Medical Scribe

A medical scribe will work to shadow a provider to see what it takes to analyze, document, and diagnose a patient. You will get to understand how a physician approaches a patient visit, how to care for each unique patient, and learn how to help each patient.

5. Transcriptionist

This part-time, entry-level position will listen to audio recordings of students reading and transcribe reading errors. Employees can create their own flexible schedule.

6. Online ESL Instructor

An online ESL instructor is needed to work from home with the the option of accessing the company’s innovative conversational lesson plans to lead classes or create their own material, based on student requests.

7. Identity Writer

Part-time, remote position is looking for writers to contribute relatable listicles and essays about what it’s like being a parent today. A minimum commitment of at least two days per week is required. Writers will work remotely during business hours.
