Find Work-From-Home Jobs Hiring Now

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to make its mark on the world, an increasing number of companies are shifting toward remote work. This means more and more organizations are seeking remote employees to fuel their workforces—and workers seem more than happy to oblige.

A new survey out of Harvard Business School found that at least some of the recent growth in remote work may be here to stay. The survey concluded that more than 15% of workers who started working from home because of the pandemic will continue two days a week or more, even after COVID-19 has subsided.

The HBS survey of more than 1,800 people also concluded that over one third of companies that had switched to a work-from-home model during the pandemic believed that remote working would remain “more common” at their companies going forward.
