Assistant Vice President, Innovation

Median salary for a full-time position: $108,000

The assistant vice president, innovation is responsible for leading the identification, exploration, and development of opportunities to extend and deepen NAF’s impact through technology and cloud solutions. In addition to new opportunities, the AVP will also oversee the continued development and improvement of NAF’s data collection, assessment, and NAFTrack platforms. Responsibilities for this job include working with company leadership, board and STEM committee members, corporate partners, company staff and its network, and external partners to identify opportunities to leverage technology and applications to increase the organization’s impact. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s in business or computer science is a plus. Although it’s preferred that this position is based at the company’s New York City headquarters, it can be done from a home office in the continental U.S.

DevOps Engineer

Median salary for a full-time position: $104,500

The DevOps engineer is responsible for enabling engineering and cloud operations teams to drive customer value by innovating quickly, increasing efficiency, and reducing errors through championing automation technologies and building cloud infrastructure. To apply for this part-time, work-from-home job, you’ll need to display experience and commitment to the transformation towards a DevOps culture focusing on continuous integration. You should also be able to build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for the company’s enterprise software applications. You’ll need to provide on-call support outside of normal work hours/days when necessary. A bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS (or equivalent) is required, along with two to five years of hands-on administration experience for SaaS software and databases or software development, and at least one year of hands-on experience with development operations and release automation.

Mobile Developer

Median salary for a full-time position: $99,000

As a mobile developer, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving automation tools and frameworks. You will also develop and beautify app builds, and leverage and extend API clients to seed and mock test data. Additional duties include interacting directly with our partners at Google, Bitrise, and other companies to jointly develop new tools, and enhance Android and iOS application architectures, especially for testability. You should have five-plus years of development experience, including two-plus years of mobile application, tools, or architecture development experience, and a strong object-oriented programming experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Median salary for a full-time position: $93,000

A software company that specializes in automate document processing is looking for a quality assurance engineer. The ideal candidate will validate incoming feature and defect reports, perform testing, document issues, and report on program integrity. They will also provide second-tier support for sales engineers and will create test plans for unique testing situations and contribute to automatic testing solutions. To apply for this job, you should have a bachelor’s degree and more than five years of experience and knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, as well as other applications.

Senior Manager, Accounting

Median salary for a full-time position: $98,000

The senior manager, accounting will manage the accounting functions, including standardization/process improvement, general ledger maintenance, cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, preparation for financial and other types of audits, and internal/external client customer service communication. One of the essential duties is the ability to co-develop the department procedures manual and monitor departmental adherence to procedures, as well as assisting the CFO in developing financial policies and procedures and monitoring adherence to policies. You’ll provide direct support to the CFO and management team in the annual budget process and will work directly with the CFO to manage specific portions of annual and non-grant project budgets. You’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus a minimum of five years of progressive financial management experience.

Sourcing Partner

Median salary for a full-time position: $117,000

The sourcing partner will be part of a new recruitment solutions (E2E RS) team that is helping a client build a remarkable company from square one. This new company will stand alone in its impact across the globe, so you will wake up each day with a strong sense of purpose. To be a good fit, you should have at least five years of experience in sourcing talent (and in particular, engineering candidates) and expertise in using the Internet, including advanced search strings, power searching, and deep research.  You’ll also need experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all organizational levels in the business community. Although it’s not required, there is a preference for candidates who already have experience working from a home office.

UI/Visual Designer 

Median salary for a full-time position: $105,000

A young, motivated team that’s entirely remote and distributed globally is looking for a UI/visual designer. In this role you should understand the importance of UX and have good proficiency with Sketch and prototyping tools. You’ll need to maintain and use UI design systems for our web and mobile apps, and tackle UI challenges and present ideas focused on interaction design and usability. You should have a strong portfolio which displays pixel-perfect UI, with visual design and UX a bonus.

Vice President, Disability Claims

Median salary for a full-time position: $196,290

The vice president, disability claims will be a key member of the GI claims senior management team. The incumbent is accountable for the strategic direction and service results of Prudential’s clinical and vocational services claim organization. You’ll lead the clinical and vocational services claim organization to achieve the group insurance strategic priorities. You’ll drive the strategic planning and execution of plans to successfully meet the annual business operating priorities and create a market competitive advantage, as well as defining division priorities and collaborate across group insurance to ensure execution on the initiatives and alignment with internal key stakeholders.
