An associate actuary will perform data analysis and synthesize results, create and maintain actuarial models, communicate actuarial results and recommended action, and more. While a degree is not required, you’ll need two years of experience and proper certification.

Backend Development Lead

This remote role requires a candidate with backend development experience to lead a team of developers, architect and develop new backend features and plugins, write high-quality code, and more.

Customer Service Representative

Working remotely full-time, the customer service rep will handle inbound calls and make 130+ outbound calls per day. You will provide solutions and help customers renew their coverage.

Digital Marketing Evangelist

Helping the marketing team develop and execute marketing strategy and educating other marketers on how to implement messenger marketing are the two core duties of this role. You’ll need three or more years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Editor

The editor will ensure mystery shopping reports are received and will verify the information by performing thorough fact-checks. Proven writing and editing experience required.

Illustrator and Graphic Designer

The illustrator and designer will work remotely to create cover images, illustrations, and infographics for the company’s blog articles and social media. Three or more years of experience with illustrations and infographics are required.

Interviewer

Completing initial candidate interviews via phone is the main task of the interviewer. You’ll also need to document candidates’ responses and evaluate and score candidates against position requirements. A high school diploma and two years’ call center experience are needed.

Linguist/Translator

Duties for this job will include researching websites and producing reports, and summarizing and translating foreign language material into clear, understandable, and idiomatically correct English. While a degree is preferred, it is not required.

Receptionist

The virtual receptionist will answer calls and web chats to take messages, screen new clients, book appointments, collect payments, and transfer calls. A professional demeanor and previous receptionist experience will qualify you for the job.

You’ll need two years of technical marketing writing experience for this role that involves editing and writing compelling resumes for software engineers.

Sales Tax Bookkeeper

The remote bookkeeper will prepare and submit sales tax returns for clients, monitor clients’ sales tax collection settings each month, and provide assistance with special sales tax projects.
