NOW HIRING: Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

Part Time | Monday-Friday NO holidays or weekends!

$35.00 - $43.00 / Hour + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you'll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth-3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments-homes, daycares, and the community.

What You'll do:

• Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
• Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
• Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
• Mentor OT students and assistants

What You'll Need:

• Licensed OT in MA

• Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)

• Strong communicator & team player

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.

• Early Intervention experience is preferred
