This position is responsible for handling all aspects of Loanpal’s interim servicing function from sending out initial payment letters to processing payment checks. Loanpal interim services about 200 – 300 loans per month. Additionally, this position supports our consumer finance division with payoff statement generation, assumption processing, E-oscar dispute monitoring and responding.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Send out daily and monthly payment letters
- Handle customer questions regarding loan servicing
- E-Oscar dispute monitoring and resolution
- Make payment reminder calls to delinquent borrows
- Consumer Finance Payoff Statement Preparation & Assumption Processing
- Enter payment information into Encompass & prepare bank deposits
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Experience with Excel
- Willingness to call delinquent borrowers to remind them of payment
- Good Customer service skills
- General Understanding of the mortgage industry a plus
