Concepts covered include value and willingness-to-pay, how to use auctions to estimate value, cluster analysis, ethical issues in marketing research, and how to design marketing surveys. While some of the topics covered in this course are a bit technical, it moves at a pace fit for an introductory learner.

While the course is good for users looking to improve the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns, it also is good to simply teach students the basics of marketing analytics. When you know how to use it and interpret it, suddenly reading endless data about your company won’t seem quite so overwhelming.
