About this Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Conagra, you’ll report to the Recruiting Manager and partner with our Recruiters as our talent scout. You’ll direct all our sourcing activities including talent strategy, candidate outreach efforts, marketing and identifying new sourcing tools; you’ll contact and evaluate passive candidates so that we can attract the best people to achieve our strategic goals. You’ll be inquisitive and creative, bringing new ideas forward and interested in advancing your career in Recruiting and Human Resources.

What you’ll do

You’ll have the opportunity to solve hiring problems, guide the decisions, and ensure we’re making the best hiring decisions:

  • Participate in recruitment kick-off meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements
  • Build talent sourcing strategies, utilizing the CRM (Eightfold), ATS (Workday) and multiple online resources (including LinkedIn) to engage with Qualified candidates
  • Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs, applying LinkedIn Talent Insights to set expectations on market and candidate conditions
  • Be the initial point of contact for candidates, pre-screening before presenting to recruiters, and delivering a great candidate experience throughout
  • Identify the best qualified passive candidates and develop relationships through strategic outreach efforts
  • Network through industry-specific associations, groups and partnerships to maintain awareness of current industry news and apply fresh information when conducting research
  • Develop relationships with talent pipelines, using recruitment marketing campaigns through our CRM
  • Provide market insights and competitor updates that may affect specific recruiting strategies
  • Maintain candidate data (including all newly identified contact information) and contact history within our CRM
  • Identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity
  • Work with our communications team to grow our candidate-facing social media presence

Sounds Like You?

You could be who we’re seeking if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of professional experience as an in-house or agency Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher
  • AIRS recruiting certification preferred – CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC, CSMR, ot CMVR
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday and CRMs like Eightfold
  • Honed skills in identifying the most qualified and diverse candidates and tenacious in connecting with the top talent
  • Comfort using LinkedIn’s Talent Insights to guide hiring managers and recruiters about candidate pools
  • Prior experience sourcing creatively through Boolean search logic, social media, job boards and associations
  • Passion for using data to help guide hiring strategies
  • Constant curiosity to explore new strategies, tools and ways to identify and connect with passive candidates
  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future
