Senior Lead Marketing Manager – Brand

Job Summary

The Sr Lead Brand Marketing Manager will support the development of and be responsible for the execution of brand strategy. Create the tools, policies and processes to support the brand throughout the organization. Protect the long-term health and reputation of the brand by ensuring all brand assets and customer touch points leverage, build equity and reinforce desired impressions of the brand.

Job Description

  • Support long term planning of the company’s brand strategy ensuring alignment of the brand with the Company Vision
  • Manage execution of the brand strategy and reframe as needed to capitalize on changes in the marketplace ensuring relevance to key targets
  • Work closely with appropriate functional areas and segments to ensure brand identity alignment across the company
  • Manage the development and ongoing evolutions of comprehensive, flexible brand identity guidelines
  • Manage and protect corporate brand assets, including logo, trademarks, product names
  • Develop and implement programs to educate, engage and motivate employees to deliver on the brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in marketing, advertising and brand.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B technology brand strategy and management
  • Requires strong work ethic, ability to work independently and strategically on complex, long-term projects
  • Proven self-starter that embraces the challenge of diverse assignments and as an enthusiastic participant enjoys and supports a team environment
  • Knowledge of marketing/branding/communications concepts
  • Problem solving and organization skills
  • Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a style that promotes respect, credibility and trust throughout the organization
  • Strategic thinker and creative marketer

Education

  • Bachelors or Equivalent in Marketing or Other
