As a Sales Manager you would be responsible for managing our global sales operations.
- Organize sales campaigns and implement sales plans.
- Ensure sales targets are reached.
- Grow our partner network and distribution channels.
- Managing recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
- Coordinate efforts with the marketing team.
- Generate and identify new leads and opportunities.
The following would be an advantage for this job:
- You have worked in a similar position before doing B2B sales and are familiar with the purchasing process of large multinational companies.
- Fluent English skills and mastering a second language (French, Russian, German).
- Experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Prior exposure to software and IT sales.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Good marketing, communication and negotiation skills.
As this is a remote job typically you’d not need to visit clients. All communication would be over email, phone and online meetings.
