Sales Manager
Location: Remote

As a Sales Manager you would be responsible for managing our global sales operations.

  • Organize sales campaigns and implement sales plans.
  • Ensure sales targets are reached.
  • Grow our partner network and distribution channels.
  • Managing recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
  • Coordinate efforts with the marketing team.
  • Generate and identify new leads and opportunities.

The following would be an advantage for this job:

  • You have worked in a similar position before doing B2B sales and are familiar with the purchasing process of large multinational companies.
  • Fluent English skills and mastering a second language (French, Russian, German).
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Prior exposure to software and IT sales.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Good marketing, communication and negotiation skills.

As this is a remote job typically you’d not need to visit clients. All communication would be over email, phone and online meetings.
