SBG, a service disabled veteran owned small business specializing in engineering, information technology, cyber-security, and training, is looking for a results-oriented Project Manager. The ideal candidate would be an experienced individual who is hard-working, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced government contractor environment and is someone who has a positive energetic attitude. This is a remote position.
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) program as a Project Manager. The Project Manager must have experience managing Information Technology related projects. Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies. Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD to obtain and maintain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust clearance
