Disruptive Advertising is seeking primarily a Motion Designer, with video editing skill.

If you have a passion for creating emotional captivating content, like to collaborate with other animators, clients, and producers on 2D projects and 3D modeling; if you mentally snack on animation perspective, camera movement, textures, lighting, and branding, then this is the job for you. If you can also manipulate and edit digital footage, mixi sound and dialogue in short form ads, then we want to hear from you.

  • Must be proficient in Adobe CC, both motion design, and some video editing
  • Demonstrated expertise in design, character building, visual layout, logo and typography animation, video/audio editing, including media management
  • Conceptualize and design motion ads, from kinetic typography to character animation
  • Must be able to manage timelines and projects for delivery to multiple distribution channels
  • Must take direction well and have a strong, self-driven worth ethic, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Maintain a high level of quality on a variety of projects, meet deadlines, and innovate creatively
  • Experience operating video production equipment a bonus, but not required


  • 1+ year(s) recent professional experience in motion design/animation
  • Bachelor’s degree in design/animation/film/video production/digital media or related field a plus, but not required.

  • This position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms.
