EverCommerce is looking for an experienced demand gen marketer to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll develop strategies and execute campaigns to help fill the top of funnel within a few of our portfolio companies.


You are a passionate marketer with strong project management skills who thrives working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You are excited about planning and executing marketing strategies that drive top of funnel performance for B2B software companies. You’re a master at collaborating skillsets and decision-makers to see projects through to completion that generate leads, improve the buyer’s journey, and increase reach and revenue of growing companies. You’re eager to learn, you thrive in fast-paced environments, and love the challenge of taking on something new.


The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. *This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.*

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving top of funnel performance for several portfolio companies. You will plan, execute, coordinate and report on campaigns to drive qualified leads for multiple subsidiary companies.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Help assess and identify growth opportunities for new and existing portfolio products and strategize marketing, sales, and product programs that can be quickly executed and measured
  • Brainstorm and execute new marketing opportunities and cross-sell opportunities between sister portfolio companies
  • Plan, create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue for several subsidiary brands simultaneously
  • Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency; manage performance tracking of new programs, product launches and cross-sells for subsidiaries to ensure revenue goals and KPI’s are being met or exceeded
  • Design, build and execute lead nurture campaigns to drive performance metrics through the funnel
  • Manage the coordination of month-end marketing reporting meetings with subsidiary stakeholders and the Digital Marketing Team to track performance, project progress and collaborate on key deliverables
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and Operations Strategists to prioritize subsidiary project and system needs and secure additional resourcing at the EverCommerce level
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as: website content and SEO optimizations, email content, campaign creation, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of demand generation or product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B market
  • Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth, churn reduction, and associated revenue KPIs
  • Prior management of marketing campaigns and budgets in a performance marketing environment
  • Proven ability to think strategically, problem solve and confidently make decisions based on prior experience and situational awareness
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely

Bonus Qualities:

  • Previous experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of:
  • Home Services, Remodeling, Field Services Management Software industries
  • Fitness & Wellness industries
  • Health Services

Compensation: The salary for this position is in the $70k-$80k range. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
