Steve Kantor created Lifebushido in 2006 to build a global network of people working part-time from home with flexible hours using their unique talents.
Steve Kantor is author of the book, Billion Dollar Agent and president of Best Agent Business. Lifebushido, through its primary venture Best Agent Business, provides all services needed to grow a real estate business from $100,000 to more than $1,000,000 GCI using Steve’s Billion Dollar Agent System.
Best Agent Business offers virtual assistants working as project managers and collaborating with our in-house marketing, database, lead, listings, closings, and accounting teams to provide a seamless “business team” experience to real estate agents nationwide. In 2017, we had over 100 people working with Lifebushido and over 100 clients. We are growing steadily.
The company name is derived from an ancient Samurai word that describes the honorable code of conduct. For us, Bushido means anything is possible, if you take bold action and go for it.

We have immediate growth needs for Marketing Assistant, US-based, for 10-25 hours per week to virtually assist real estate agents in managing and facilitating all of their marketing needs.
Marketing Assistants work directly with real estate agents to provide: Email Marketing (Newsletters, Surveys, Buyer Short emails, Drip campaigns as needed, Special Events, etc.); Vendor Marketing which offers marketing of agent’s suppliers, affiliates, and service providers to deepen the agent’s relationship with them; Online Marketing for real estate agents includes Social Media, Blogging and Websites; Mailings (Just Listed/Just Sold and Custom Postcards, SendOutCards). Marketing Assistants ensure that marketing work is completed in a timely manner and maintain professional and quality marketing material for clients.
Candidates for this position are self-motivated, creative, and extremely detail-oriented. Must exhibit proficient command of marketing software. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Are you available a minimum of 10 hours per week of which 1 hour daily needs to be over the phone during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM)?

Compensation:$10/hr. Paycheck is deposited directly, once a month, in your bank account.
Hours Required:minimum of 10 up to a maximum of 25 hours per week
Mandatory Training:It takes about 2 months to be properly trained in our proprietary systems and become a Marketing Assistant. You may be able to fast track through training by substituting your Marketing experience. You will be required to clear each training level with a passing grade on a quiz: All training is paid on the job work.
