Finally, you will be in the midst of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Things don’t slow down here, and you’ll need to keep pace with the daily going-ons. You understand the careful balance of teamwork and leadership; but, you are not afraid to have fun while honoring that balance.

What You’ll Do

We’ve experienced phenomenal growth at Bishop Fox and now we need to accelerate our hiring practices to meet the demand for our services. That’s where you come in. Security professionals are a one-of-a-kind group and we need a Director of Recruiting who can connect with the magnetic and the quirky alike and someone who is genuinely excited to do just that.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Implementing innovative strategies to expand our recruiting funnel
  • Understanding hard-to-fill positions and providing creative solutions to recruitment challenges
  • Partnering with our executive team to forecast hiring needs
  • Developing analytics to measure success
  • Overseeing market compensation data analysis
  • Proactively identifying recruiting needs
  • Participating in hands-on technical recruiting
  • Managing a recruiting team that consists of several hard-working (but fun-having) professionals
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop a strong employer brand and social media presence
  • Leading an exceptional candidate experience
  • Spearheading a commitment to leading workplace diversity efforts, including community outreach

Your Experience

If you have most of these skills and attributes, we’d like to speak with you.

  • Approximately 15+ years of recruiting, 5 years in management role
  • Technical recruiting experience required
  • A background leading recruiting initiatives with strong talent acquisition strategies
  • Ability to create, manage and expedite the hiring process for critical roles through aggressive outreach efforts
  • A previous focus on growing small-to-mid sized firms
  • Exceptional ability to relate the company’s story in a compelling way that speaks to security professionals’ motivations, goals, and interests
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Experience in professional services and security are preferred, but not required
