We are an e-commerce software development company focused on helping B2C Commerce companies with their digital transformation by using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Magento technologies.

Currently, we’re looking for a Chief Growth Officer who can help us with overall growth strategy and who can manage our sales and marketing processes most efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • managing and overseeing all sales and marketing activities in the company;
  • creating business development and marketing strategy;
  • partnership management (Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.);
  • reporting to shareholders about the progress;
  • being proactive: we see CGO as a mission-critical member who can bring meaningful initiatives to the company;
  • minor account management tasks.

You are a good fit for us if:

  • you’re working in software development sector and / or in e-commerce industry for the past 3-5 years;
  • you have solid knowledge of how sales / marketing work;
  • you have proven experience in bringing business to the next level in terms of revenue, clients, and processes;
  • you are a fast-learner and business-oriented person;
  • your English is top-notch;
  • you know how to lead the team.
