Overview
Lifeway is seeking a remote Seasonal Social Media Coordinator to support the Social Media team. This role will provide operational and content support for Lifeway’s social media channels for approximately 12 weeks; April - June 2026.
This role is execution-focused and well suited for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing social media publishing workflows across multiple platforms.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4-5 days during MON - FRI 8am - 5pm CST

This is a remote position seasonal position requiring no travel#LI-Remote
Responsibilitie
- Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
- Available 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday; 4-5 days per week from April to June 2026
- Work to be completed during 8am-5pm CST window
- Supports the execution of Lifeway’s social media strategy across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Plans and manages social content calendars, adapting messages for multiple platforms
- Publishes and schedules content
- Track weekly KPIs and engagement metrics across social channels
- Works closely with their leader and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns, initiatives, and key product launches are represented effectivel
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferred
Masters degree, not required
Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required
Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required
- Social media content planning and scheduling
- Copywriting and storytelling
- Digital campaign coordination
- Project management and organization
- Social media analytics and reporting
- Brand voice and messaging consistency
- Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pintrest, YouTube
- Workflow management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheets, etc)
Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
