Salary Range:
$45,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually
Crystal Springs Resort is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to lead the day-to-day creation, capture and publishing of organic/scheduled social content across our Resort brands. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on bringing the guest experience to life through compelling, on-brand storytelling.
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with campaigns while maintaining a consistent, elevated resort brand presence across platforms.
This role supports multiple resort outlets including hotel, spa, dining, golf, weddings and events. Based in Hamburg, NJ with a hybrid schedule (up to 2 remote days/week).
What You'll Do (Daily Focus)
- Capture and create photo + video content across the resort (events, dining, scenery, guest experience)
- Edit and publish daily content across social platforms (primarily Instagram, Pinterest & TikTok) on multiple Resort accounts
- Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand voice
- Plan and execute content calendars in partnership with marketing
- Attend shoots, events and activations to gather real-time content
- Manage and schedule posts using social media tools (Later, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, comments and performance metrics
- Engage with all accounts, by following, liking, sharing, commenting, etc.
- Identify trends and recommend content ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, events and seasonal initiatives\
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience in social media or content creation preferred
- Strong photo/video capture and editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience with social scheduling platforms (Later, etc.)
- Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva a plus)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends
