We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Media Creative Specialist to join our team! You'll be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets that support advertiser campaigns and enhance the customer experience across Kmart and Target.

Working closely with the Retail Media Sales, Campaign Operations and Marketing teams, you'll translate campaign briefs into effective creative solutions, producing everything from template-based executions through to net-new concepts. You'll play a key role in ensuring creative output is delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand standards.
What you’ll be doing

As a Retail Media Creative Specialist, you will:          

• Develop creative concepts and campaign assets across in-store, onsite and offsite retail media channels
• Translate campaign briefs into engaging customer-facing creative
• Create and refine copy and visual concepts that align with campaign objectives
• Produce static, rich media and basic motion creative assets
• Build and maintain creative templates and reusable design components
• Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple channels and formats
• Ensure all creative aligns with Kmart and Target brand guidelines and customer experience expectations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and to brief
• Maintain organised asset libraries and creative specifications
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce rework and enhance creative efficiency

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution.

You'll have:

• 3+ years' experience in creative production, design, media, marketing or advertising
• Experience creating digital campaign creative across multiple channels and formats
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar creative platforms
• Experience developing templates, adapting assets and producing production-ready creative
• Copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and placements
• Basic motion and video editing skills for digital or paid media formats
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and creative quality assurance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• A proactive mindset and passion for improving processes and ways of working
