About the Role
Ellie Mental Health — Clinton Township is seeking a fully licensed Michigan Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who wants more than simply a place to see clients. What You’ll Do
- Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus.
- Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Active Michigan LMSW license with full clinical licensure.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues.
- Private-practice experience preferred.
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus.
- Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required.
Full-Time Expectations
Full-time clinicians must maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week to remain eligible for full-time status and benefits.
Clinicians should also expect to:
- Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week.
- Offer some evening or Saturday availability.
- Participate in regular meetings with the team and Clinical Director.
