Marcus & Millichap is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across its Western Division. As part of the Field Marketing team, this hands-on, execution-focused role supports divisional efforts to drive brand awareness and support agent engagement and recruitment.

The Marketing Specialist collaborates with regional leadership, corporate marketing, and the broader Field Marketing team to implement scalable, localized marketing strategies while ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely delivery across channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail and takes ownership of execution.

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - 72,800.00 USD per year. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Key Responsibilities:  

• Execute marketing initiatives across social media, advertising, public relations and content development to support divisional marketing goals. 

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content calendars and campaigns, with an emphasis on improving established performance metrics and supporting divisional marketing objectives. 

• Create brand-compliant marketing collateral from templates, including social media graphics, digital advertisements video content and PowerPoint presentations. 

• Provide marketing support for division-level initiatives, including events, internal communications and recruiting campaigns. 

• Collaborate with Field Marketing and marketing partners across PR, social, advertising and other channels to support regional priorities. 

• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for assigned marketing initiatives to ensure projects are completed on schedule. 

• Monitor project progress and scope to ensure alignment with divisional priorities and the marketing plan. 

• Compile, analyze and present monthly marketing performance results to divisional partners.  

• Coordinate and distribute a monthly internal marketing newsletter to divisional partners, summarizing performance results, key initiatives and upcoming priorities. 

• Conduct interviews with agents and divisional stakeholders to develop compelling content for social media, recruiting campaigns, agent spotlights and other divisional marketing initiatives. 

• Coordinate the agent bio process, including drafting bios, managing agent reviews and approvals, and submitting finalized bios to the website. 

• Maintain organized documentation and workflows to support efficient, repeatable execution across markets. 

• Perform quality control reviews to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand standards. 

• Support the Field Marketing team by completing other tasks and duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business or a related field.  field.  

• Minimum of one year of general marketing experience required; real estate or brokerage industry experience is a strong plus. 

• Experience creating marketing materials while adhering to established brand guidelines using tools such as MAXA or Canva. Familiarity with basic video editing or production tools is a plus. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday, content management systems and social publishing platforms is a plus. 

• Ability to quickly learn and apply commercial real estate concepts and terminology. 

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews, develop compelling content, present results and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. 

• Strong editing and proofreading skills with familiarity applying AP style and maintaining consistent brand voice are preferred. 

• Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and workflows in a fast-paced environment. 

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, and an understanding of social media performance metrics. 

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Senior Team Manager, Field Marketing. Candidates must be able to work and support business operations during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
