We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Content & Brand to define and elevate how VetPartners shows up across our clinics, with pet owners, and in the broader market.

Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, this role will lead the evolution of a clear, differentiated and trusted brand, one that resonates with pet owners, empowers our clinics, and strengthens our reputation at scale.

You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content and digital experience, shaping a connected ecosystem that brings preventative care to life, supports local clinics, and delivers better outcomes for pets and the people who care for them.

This is a rare opportunity to build a modern, AI-enabled content function and lead a national brand across a large and growing network. What you’ll do

  • Define and evolve the VetPartners brand strategy and architecture across corporate, clinic and consumer brands

  • Craft compelling brand positioning and messaging for multiple audiences

  • Lead the development and execution of national brand campaigns, storytelling and corporate PR

  • Build and lead an AI-first content function to scale high-quality, insight-led content

  • Partner closely with Growth to align brand and performance marketing strategies

  • Create simple, scalable brand frameworks and tools for local clinic activation

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints - digital, in-clinic and communications

  • Strengthen brand trust through reputation management, reviews and community engagement

  • Champion and amplify stories of exceptional care across the network

  • Support and elevate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

  • Measure and optimise brand performance across awareness, engagement and sentiment

 

About you

You’re a senior brand leader who combines strategic clarity with creative instinct. You know how to build trust in complex, multi-location environments and how to translate strategy into execution that lands.

You bring:

  • Significant experience in senior brand leadership roles

  • Experience building or scaling brands in multi-site or networked organisations

  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled content and creative delivery

  • Proven ability to connect brand and commercial outcomes

  • Exceptional storytelling and campaign leadership capability

  • Ability to turn strategy into practical tools teams can use day-to-day

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

  • A customer-first mindset, grounded in insight and empathy

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or similar (or equivalent experience)
