About the role

The Global Pro Artist is an exceptional makeup artist and brand ambassador who represents Charlotte Tilbury's artistry at the highest level across campaigns, product development, education, content creation and VIP experiences.

Reporting to the Global Pro Artist Manager and with a dotted line to the Head of Artistry, this role plays a critical part in bringing Charlotte Tilbury products, campaigns and artistry to life. The Global Pro Artist combines exceptional technical skill with creativity, commercial awareness and a passion for sharing artistry expertise across the business.

As Global Pro Artist you will

Artistry Excellence

• Deliver exceptional makeup artistry across campaigns, content shoots, launches, events and brand activations.
• Consistently demonstrate and embody Charlotte Tilbury's artistry aesthetic, techniques and brand values.
• Represent the brand through backstage events, fashion shows, partnerships and industry opportunities where required.
• Support VIP and talent appointments, delivering world-class artistry and professionalism.

Product Development

• Collaborate with Product Development teams to test, evaluate and refine new product concepts.
• Provide artistry feedback throughout the development process to ensure products meet consumer and artist needs.
• Contribute to product education materials and artistry guidelines for launches.
• Support product launch preparation through testing, content creation and artistry expertise.

Campaign

• Execute campaign briefs to the highest standard while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Support campaign shoots, content creation and launch moments across all channels.

Education

• Deliver artistry education for internal and external audiences.
• Support training initiatives for retail teams, markets and education partners.
• Share expertise, best practice and artistry knowledge across the wider business.

Content Creation

• Create engaging artistry content for brand channels, social platforms, retail partners and internal audiences.
• Demonstrate a high level of confidence in shooting content.
• Contribute to social-first content that supports brand awareness, engagement and commercial objectives.

Team Contribution

• Act as a positive ambassador for the Pro Artistry team.
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
