Our client seeks a Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain websites and digital products, including modern websites. The engineer will contribute across the stack, partner with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement. The role requires clear communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Contribute across the stack by writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on reliability, performance, and simplicity.
- Work with Frontend technologies (TypeScript, Next.js, React), Backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript), and CMS platforms (WordPress, PHP).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external development teams to develop and execute new features.
- Debug issues, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability.
- Own deliverables while seeking feedback and growth opportunities.
- Complete code reviews, create engineering documentation, and participate in planning sessions.
- Iterate and improve existing systems as business requirements change.
- Use approved AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support for production systems when needed.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency across frontend, backend, and CMS development using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, WordPress, and PHP.
- Experience debugging production issues and improving code quality and system reliability.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews and planning.
- Ability to document engineering work and adapt existing systems to evolving requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools to enhance development workflows.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
