Job Summary:

We’re looking for a versatile, digitally fluent copywriter to create compelling stories and persuasive copy across Collette’s digital marketing ecosystem. This role brings the brand to life through blogs, website content, social media, paid media, email, and editorial experiences that connect with travelers across the full journey — from inspiration to booking. 

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and thoughtful editor who understands how audiences engage with content across channels. They can adapt messaging to different formats, audiences, and goals, and are comfortable using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support efficient, high-quality content development. 

This role partners closely with the creative team and broader marketing partners — including content strategy, SEO/AEO, UX, digital, social, and email — with its primary focus on writing clear, engaging content that supports brand, audience, and business goals. 

Primary Functions:

Content Creation Across Digital Channels

• Write blogs, articles, destination guides, and website content that inspire travel planning and support business goals.
• Develop clear, engaging copy for social media, paid media, email, destination landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
• Translate marketing strategies, campaign objectives, audience insights, and product positioning into engaging content that supports both brand and business goals. 
• Adapt copy by channel, objective, and funnel stage while maintaining a consistent Collette voice. 
• Contribute to print, itinerary, brochure, promotional, or campaign copy as needed, while maintaining a primary focus on digital and editorial content.

AI-Enabled Content Development

• Where applicable, use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, versioning, repurposing, and editing while applying strong human judgment to accuracy, tone, and originality. 
• Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to support efficient content development while maintaining originality, accuracy, brand voice, and editorial quality.
• Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and contribute to practical use cases that improve the creative process.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with creative, digital marketing, product marketing, SEO, UX, social, and email teams to deliver content that supports shared goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and revise copy with clarity and efficiency.
• Manage multiple assignments with care, organization, and attention to deadlines. 

Knowledge & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 
• 3-5 years of professional copywriting, content writing, content marketing, or editorial experience. 
• Strong writing portfolio with examples of digital, editorial, marketing, or brand content. Excellent command of grammar, structure, storytelling, and clear, audience focused writing.
• Ability to write across channels, including web, blog, email, paid media, organic social, and campaign content.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of the creative process, with an understanding of where human judgment, editing, and brand stewardship matter most.
• Ability to turn briefs, source material, and strategic direction into polished, purposeful copy. 
• Strong editing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to sharpen copy for clarity, tone, accuracy, and impact. 
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment. 
• Curiosity about travel, culture, storytelling, and how people make decisions across digital channels.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000.
