Role Overview

This role is responsible for writing content for a public-facing claims digital website, communication templates, and core user experiences such as filing and tracking a claim. The position involves working on a cross-functional team and facilitating alignment on content experience updates. The ideal candidate will develop concepts, write copy for a wide range of projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write content for all Claims Digital experiences.
• Develop concepts and write copy for various projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on content experience updates.
• Consult with representatives to obtain information on product or service requirements.
• Edit or rewrite copy as necessary.
• Prepare articles, bulletins, and promotional material.
• Vary language and tone of messages based on the product and medium.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience is required. Candidates should have prior experience writing for customer or member-facing experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in P&C insurance is a plus.
• Experience in the claims process is beneficial.
