Position Summary:

The Content Marketer is a hands-on writer and content producer who independently creates content for defined campaigns and channels. This role partners with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing to understand campaign objectives, then develops compelling narratives that engage, educate, and convert target audiences. The ideal candidate is a versatile, deadline-driven content creator who manages multiple deliverables and timelines at once while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Independently own the creation of content for defined campaigns or channels, with the assistance of sophisticated and helpful AI tools. 

• Manage multiple deliverables and timelines simultaneously while maintaining brand voice and quality standards. 

• Design content to drive specific outcomes such as SEO-driven visits, multi-page engagement and qualified leads. 

• Contribute to blogs, webinars, and other long-form thought leadership assets that bring SPS Commerce and Supply Chain topics to life. 

• Conduct keyword and topic research to inform content planning. 

• Improve content discoverability across channels by applying SEO and AEO (AI Search) best practices. 

• Own the editorial calendar for assigned campaigns or programs. 

• Coordinate with designers and subject matter experts to keep production on schedule and on brand. 

Location:  

This role is hybrid based out of our Rogers, AR office location, on-site about 3 days a week. Our team #SucceedsTogether through in-office collaboration paired with the flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Demonstrated AI aptitude and curiosity. 

• 2-5 years of prior relevant experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or a related field. 

• Advanced knowledge of the content marketing job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. 

• Proven ability to write for multiple channels and audiences, including web, email, social, and sales enablement. 

• Working knowledge of SEO/AEO principles and content performance metrics. 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proven competence with Microsoft Office and standard content/marketing platforms. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across web, social, email, and sales enablement content. 

• Comfort receiving direction from senior team members while executing independently and efficiently. 

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the organizational skills to manage a high volume of concurrent content requests. 

What We Offer:

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300- $76,400. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
