The Advisor works with an assigned group of students, providing day-to-day support and monitoring
daily attendance and progress, directing any/all necessary inquiries to the appropriate support
services at TRECA. Advisors play a strong role in helping the student develop an effective work ethic
by monitoring progress and proactively engaging the learner. The Advisor must develop close
professional relationships with students that enable and foster mentoring. The use of technology to
develop these relationships is essential. This position is in Pay Band 4. The salary ranges between $32,550.00 - $54,176.21. This is a temporary position for the 26/27 school year. The end date is June 4, 2027. This position will help the School Improvement Department manage the communication and attendance within Cignition sessions.
