How It Works

With this bundle, you combine the one-on-one Career Coaching session and Resume Review. Your coach will partner and collaborate with you to offer advice and strategic resources that empower you in your job search. Then, they’ll revise and update your existing document to create a foundational resume based on the most current resume trends and requirements for the modern job search.

With this foundational resume, you’ll be empowered to more easily and effectively tailor and customize your resume every time you apply for a job, which is a necessity in today’s job search. The process goes like this:

1. Complete Questionnaire

You’ll purchase a Career Coaching session and then receive a coaching intake questionnaire that will help your coach learn more about you and your career needs to prepare for your session and to review your resume. Your answers are completely confidential.

2. Resume Optimization

Once you submit the questionnaire, your career coach will email you within two business days to schedule your session and to gather additional information for your Resume Review. You’ll be offered a variety of dates and times, generally between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. Sessions are held by phone unless you’d like to work on video interviewing.

3. Receive Your Resume

After your session, your coach will follow-up via email to recap what you covered and ask you to complete the resume review questionnaire. Then, your coach will spend up to two hours working exclusively on one resume. Within five business days of completing your questionnaire, you’ll receive your newly revised and updated resume.

Career Coaching & Resume Review Bundle must be used within 90 days of purchase.
Your purchase cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Each Resume Review will include an in-depth update of one existing resume.
Your coach will spend up to two hours working exclusively on one resume.

The resume review does not include additional documents like cover letters.
There are no pro-rated or full refunds for unused time or no-shows.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a partial refund of 50% within three (3) days of receiving your updated resume.
