available after successful onboarding period Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday from 9 am - 6 pm Overview:The Web Developer II is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. This role involves collaborating with a team of developers to deliver robust and scalable web solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web technologies Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to junior developers Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all web applications Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve skills and knowledge continuously Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance Assist in the development of technical documentation, including user guides and API documentation Contribute to the improvement of the web development process and practices within the team Work efficiently to ensure uptime and optimum user experience Understanding of common web application security concerns and their mitigation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web development Proficiency in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong understanding of version control systems, such as Git Experience with web performance optimization Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Ability to handle challenging situations professionally Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices Ability to write optimized SQL queries Knowledge of Linux administration is a plus Experience developing RESTful APIs is helpful
