Your responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer enquiries in a timely, and professional manner. Complete customer data updates and maintenance. Provide technical support by working with internal and external departments to resolve system issues. Assist in customer relationships, experiences and ongoing support, this includes B2B client base. Ensure compliance as per Essilor Luxottica's work health and safety policies and procedures.

About you

Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer experiences, with a positive and proactive attitude. Natural communicator and solution focused. Initiative to 'think outside the box' to ensure best solutions for our customers. Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
