About the Role
Role: Training Specialist / Instructional Designer
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: ~6 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing training content and align it to business priorities
- Audit vendor-provided materials and map to internal standards
- Identify gaps and enhance programs to drive targeted behavior change
- Design and build training modules and structured learning content
- Develop rollout plans across multiple phases and stakeholders
- Conduct baseline testing and support program launch execution
- Coordinate communications, assignments, and training logistics
- Measure training effectiveness through surveys, analysis, and reporting
- Track trends and continuously improve training outcomes
Qualifications:
- 1–10 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or related field
- Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or behavior-based training programs
- Strong background in learning design and behavior change strategies
- Ability to align training initiatives to business goals and risk outcomes
- Experience evaluating content and measuring training effectiveness
- Strong communication, organization, and program execution skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $64.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
