If you’re ready to elevate your career and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, apply today and make your mark with Panduit!

If you’re passionate about building impactful learning experiences and driving employee growth, we’d love to hear from you!

The Training Specialist coordinates and facilitates training programs that strengthen workforce development and improve overall performance. On a daily basis, this role develops training materials, partners with subject matter experts, and updates content to keep programs current and effective. Weekly responsibilities include supporting training delivery preparation, participating in workstream meetings, and refining materials based on evolving needs. Each month, this role assists with rollout readiness, gathers feedback, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. The role primarily supports U.S. deployment while also translating and adapting U.S.-based content to enable global expansion.

What You Will Do

  • Support the full training lifecycle using the ADDIE model to develop and implement effective learning programs aligned with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.

  • Develop and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and create training deliverables.

  • Build and maintain structured learning plans in the Learning Management System (LMS) based on job roles, functional requirements, and organizational needs.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business and operational goals.

  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and continuous improvement insights to enhance program impact.

  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate training records.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into onboarding processes and career development pathways.

  • Support trainers and team leaders as training expert, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

  • Recommend process improvements that increase training efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience: 0–2 years in a related role, with experience developing training materials or instructional content.

  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service, time management, prioritization, creativity, and decision-making skills.

  • Systems: Experience using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), screen capture/recording tools (Snagit, Camtasia, or equivalent), learning development, and production technologies. Familiarity with ERPs and AI tools is a plus.

What We Can Offer You

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Enjoy a robust Total Rewards Program that includes health, financial benefits, and more.

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible work options to help you achieve the right work-life balance. This role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time, with the schedule based on the manager’s discretion.

  • Generous Time Off: Take advantage of generous vacation time, sick days, holidays, and a volunteer day to give back to the community.

  • Retirement & Growth: 401(k) match, profit sharing, and abundant growth and development opportunities to help you advance your career.

  • Parental Leave: Because we care about your family and your future.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $55,000–$65,000. Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
