As our Sales & Service Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert who gives new and tenured associates the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed. You’ll design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that directly drive business results, and you’ll see the impact of your work in your learners’ performance.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

 

• Lead new-hire training on our consultative sales and service process, setting associates up for success from day one


• Design, update, and improve training programs using adult learning principles and proven methodologies


• Bring sessions to life with role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, and videos


• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and set clear, measurable learning goals


• Build assessments to measure learner understanding and training effectiveness


• Analyze post-training performance, find gaps, and create plans to close them


• Provide ongoing coaching and skill reinforcement to keep associates growing


• Gather continuous feedback from trainees to make every class better than the last


• Run an engaging, well-managed classroom and model leadership and credibility across the company


 

 

 

What You Bring

 

 

Required

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree (or 6+ years of equivalent experience) in a trainer role


• 4 to 7 years of adult training experience


• Experience applying consultative sales methodologies


• Excellent public speaking, presentation, teaching, and writing skills


• Ability to explain complex information clearly and tailor your message to any audience


• Confidence to own the room, hold attention, and facilitate interactive discussions


• Skill in giving constructive, actionable feedback


• Ability to influence and collaborate with people at all levels, including those who don’t report to you


• Experience using role plays and simulations in training


• A growth mindset, high energy, and a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced environment


 

 

 

Nice to Have

 

 

• Experience training sales and service agents or frontline leaders


• Experience selling products or services, or leading frontline teams in a customer call center


• Prior people management experience
