We’re looking for Mid-Level Intel Recruiters who are passionate about connecting cleared talent with impactful opportunities across the Federal, Defense, and Intelligence communities.

Your Role as a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter:
In this role, you’ll own key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to meet hiring goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Identify, screen, and submit candidates for cleared and non-cleared technical and professional roles.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Leverage ATS platforms, job boards, and innovative search techniques to uncover and engage top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough evaluations, summarizing skills and qualifications in concise, impactful narratives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery Managers and senior recruiters to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Talent Marketing: Develop and communicate compelling employee value propositions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Salary Negotiations: Coordinate interviews and independently manage salary discussions to achieve win-win outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking driven recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Technical or government contracting sectors.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems, Boolean searches, and sourcing tools.
  • Clearance Knowledge: Familiarity with security clearance processes (Secret to TS/SCI Poly).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive for Results: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting goals and metrics.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can partner effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
