Our client seeks a Team Operations Integration Lead to serve as an internal change agent within Business Process Management and Enterprise Agility. The role requires deep enterprise agile expertise, the ability to influence without authority, and the judgment to advance transformation in complex, regulated environments.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior source of enterprise agile expertise for internal teams and business partners.
- Engage with resistant, skeptical, or stalled groups to drive meaningful change.
- Facilitate alignment and common ground to sustain transformation momentum.
- Operate credibly with senior stakeholders while maintaining transformation standards.
- Lead internal transformation within Business Process Management and Enterprise Agility.
- Integrate ways of working across EPO, Technology oversight, Enterprise Agility, and Commercial business.
- Coach teams, leaders, and process owners on agile practices at and above the team level.
- Partner on operating model design, including roles, decision rights, intake, and governance.
- Assess current state, identify impediments, and sequence change accordingly.
- Coach leaders individually, including those who did not request coaching.
- Build internal capability to reduce long-term dependency on the role.
- Establish and use flow and outcome metrics that leadership trusts.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering enterprise agile or operating model transformations to outcome.
- Experience driving change without formal authority as a consultant or internal practitioner.
- Demonstrated coaching capability that shifts leadership mindset, beyond facilitation.
- Executive presence with credibility at director level and above.
- Experience in large, complex enterprises; financial services preferred or comparable regulated complexity.
- Clear intent to pursue a durable internal role over consulting assignments.
- Fluency in multiple scaling approaches such as SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, or Flight Levels, without dogmatism.
- Comfort with portfolio-level practices including intake, funding, prioritization, and dependency management.
- Working command of flow metrics, WIP management, and incremental planning at scale.
- Understanding of product operating models with focus on outcomes over output and clear ownership boundaries.
- Process improvement literacy, including value stream mapping and Lean.
- Extra credit: advanced coaching or consultant certifications (CTC, SPC, ICP-ACC/ICP-ENT, PST).
- Extra credit: experience integrating agile with process excellence or BPM functions.
- Extra credit: familiarity with Jira Align, Rally, Planview, or comparable portfolio tooling.
- Extra credit: partnership track record with Organizational Change Management.
- Extra credit: exposure to AI-enabled delivery and its impact on team and portfolio practices.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
