This is more than just a job - it's a lifestyle opportunity in a supportive, close-knit community where your impact is felt every day. Leinster CS caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 (K-12), offering a small, friendly learning environment where relationships matter and every student is known. Our students are respectful, grounded, and genuinely great to work with - and our staff team is collaborative, supportive, and community-minded. Staff are encouraged to be flexible within their role, contributing across year levels and learning areas to meet the needs of our students and school community.

Why Leinster?

This is a chance to step into a role where you can truly make a difference-working across a diverse K-12 context, building strong relationships with students and families, and becoming part of a connected community.

Living and working in Leinster means access to a range of excellent facilities and benefits, including subsidised housing provided, 4 return flights per quarter to Perth

Leinster is a well-equipped town with a 50-metre outdoor swimming pool, supermarket, Pilates and group fitness options as well as a Wellness centre. Leinster offers a safe, family-friendly environment with a strong sense of community

We are committed to investing in our staff and offer access to high-quality professional learning, mentoring and coaching-including targeted support for graduate teachers, opportunities to build leadership capability and broaden your practice and financial incentives aligned with remote school appointments.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Physical Education Teacher. The successful applicant will ideally exhibit the ability to work independently across a variety of school settings and possess strong interpersonal skills. A flexible approach to the school day and a willingness to engage in a dynamic and diverse environment would be ideal.

Leinster CS is well-regarded within the community for its strong and positive reputation. Our teachers work collaboratively, using the Western Australian Curriculum, Early Years and Primary Learning Frameworks, and ICT to design learning environments that are differentiated, engaging, supportive, and creative. These environments should cater to the diverse needs of all students. All teaching and learning programs must uphold dignity and respect for every learner, with a strong emphasis on Classroom Management Strategies (CMS) and values-based education.

The successful applicant should actively support the implementation of the school's Business Plan, contribute effectively within a team-teaching environment, and be commitment to whole-school approaches and initiatives. An evidence-based teaching approach is ideal. The learning environment created should be inclusive, challenging, nurturing, and imaginative, ensuring that every student is supported to achieve and make meaningful progress.

Experience in the Health and Physical Education area is highly regarded.
