About the Role
Title: Social Media & Communications Specialist
Location: Remote
This is a highly collaborative role for someone with B2B social media experience, strong writing skills, and an interest in growing across brand and communications in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the social media program aligned to brand and marketing priorities
- Own day-to-day management of corporate social channels
- Develop social content strategies aligned to events, partnerships, product launches, thought leadership, and key business initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain an integrated social content calendar
- Monitor brand mentions, industry conversations, social trends, and audience activity to identify timely content and engagement opportunities
- Own social media reporting, including tracking performance, analyzing results, and providing insights to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement
- Support executive visibility and employee advocacy initiatives through social content development and coordination
- Contribute to broader brand, PR, and internal communications efforts as needed
Position Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, communications, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging content
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other corporate social platforms
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or a related industry is a plus
