Job Description:

TelevisaUnivision Management Company in Miami, FL seeks a full-time Sr. Specialist, Programmatic Operations to define innovative solutions to complex programmatic business problems. Analyze partner performance and provide recommendations on programmatic advertising revenue improvement while working together with Product Management, Yield, and Sales Teams. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. Translate marketing briefs into programmatic strategies that align with brand goals, target audience segments, and KPIs. Create effective programmatic advertising strategies using automated workflow to effectively deliver ads to target audience. Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and performance metrics, making real-time optimizations to improve results. Work with data to build custom audience segments using DMPs (Data Management Platforms) and CRM data integrations. Leverage analytics platforms to generate performance reports. Support troubleshooting of monetization and campaign delivery issues such as under pacing, reporting, discrepancies, ad architecture, and technical issues. Create innovative programmatic solutions across Audio, Streaming Video (CTV/OTT), display, video, and native. Create external technical and support documentation across all platforms.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or related field plus 1 year of experience in the occupation or as a digital advertising operations specialist or manager. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the occupation or as a digital advertising operations specialist or manager. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of work experience education, and training.

Must have knowledge of programmatic advertising, digital advertising, analytics, and optimization tools. Must have experience creating complex data modeling, predictive targeting, and cross-platform strategy.
