  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Be an active Trailhead learner

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as primary system administrator for HCZ Salesforce users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, and other routine tasks
  • Implement and enforce data quality best practices, including data cleaning and deduplication, to ensure accurate and reliable data within the Salesforce platform
  • Document key policies, procedures, best practices, and use cases specific to the organization
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Perform data uploads with data acquired from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data integrity
  • Assist in training power users and grow the Salesforce skill set across all departments
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce integrations with other data systems
  • Design automated processes to improve efficiency with scale and lean design

Schedule
