NOTE - This is a hybrid position located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

Prospect Outbound and Inbound leads

Create new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective businesses

Deliver an extraordinary experience for software engineering leaders throughout this process

Learn personalized outreach, social selling, and unique ways to provide value

Partner closely with account executives and marketing team

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. This role is based in Zone C. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A $30.72 – $40.11
Zone B $27.69 – $36.15
Zone C $25.53 – $33.33
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
