We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our remote care team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary model, helping patients achieve their health goals through individualized, evidence-based nutrition counseling and education. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, health coaches, and other care team members to deliver patient-centered, holistic care.
There is a preference for Registered Dietitians licensed in multiple states.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling, 32 patient contact hours + 8hrs of administrative time.
Location: This is a fully virtual role.

You will:

Provide individualized nutrition counseling using motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies to support patients in achieving sustainable lifestyle and health improvements

Support chronic disease management and prevention through evidence-based nutrition care plans using shared decision-making, aligned with patient goals, cultural preferences, and medical needs

Communicate with patients in a supportive and nonjudgmental manner

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, health coaches, and advanced practice clinicians, including participation in team meetings

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR

Adhere to clinical policies, HIPAA regulations, and standards of care

Stay current with advances in nutrition science and metabolic health and participate in ongoing professional development

Engage with new technologies and evolving workflows that support patient care delivery
You Have:
-
Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential with licensure in one or more of the following states: MA, NY, GA, IL, TX, with willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed by knownwell

Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of clinical or counseling experience, preferably in metabolic health or weight management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High emotional intelligence with the ability to create a nonjudgmental, supportive patient experience

Comfort with adopting new technologies and evolving workflows

Reliable high-speed internet and phone access for remote practice
