Job Description:
Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to join its team in the Southeast. The Project Coordinator would be supporting the Talent Management team by coordinating calendars, maintaining trackers, and organizing spreadsheets. This position is eligible to work 100% remote, and can work up to 32 hours a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, registrations, rosters, program materials, deadlines, communications, and follow-up items to help ensure Professional Development programs and team initiatives run smoothly.
- Update spreadsheets, attendance records, registration lists, survey results, budget details, and other tracking tools with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, faculty availability, participant schedules, room or virtual meeting logistics, and calendar invitations across offices and practice groups.
- Identify practical ways to improve workflows, organize shared information, document recurring processes, and provide general administrative support for Professional Development projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience preferred in administrative support, project coordination, professional services, law firm, training, or related office environment.
- Must have experience managing multiple deadlines, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a team or department.
- Well-rounded project coordinator who can administer day-to-day team logistics, track moving pieces, and help ensure Professional Development programs and projects run smoothly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, schedules, and details in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy, especially when maintaining trackers, preparing reports, coordinating materials, and confirming final program logistics.
- Comfortable using Excel and other team tools to validate information, compare lists, reconcile data, and keep projects organized and up to date.
- Effective communicator who works well across all levels, asks thoughtful questions, learns processes quickly, and confirms expectations before executing.
- Positive, solutions-oriented team member who adapts to shifting priorities and identifies practical ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the broader team.
