Location: Pedricktown, New Jersey (hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day to day activities at the ecommerce content studios, which consists of:
  • Coordinating the process of sample intake, item setup in the PIM system, and adhering to FIFO best practices for content capturing.
  • Communication with our external retouching team to ensure our guidance is comprehended and well-executed.
  • QC all post-production ecommerce photography and mark up corrections as needed.
  • Maintain the asset delivery integrity across our digital asset management system and our PIM system.
• Collaborate with omnichannel business partners to strategically plan and execute content capturing for each seasonal set, inline product refreshes, and evergreen products.
• Work with our internal allocations team to determine correct quantities of samples to be sent weekly to the ecommerce studio based on the workload capacity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing Content, eCommerce background, preferably with a leading retailer or global brand in eCommerce.
• You can execute creative direction.
• You are a creative, detail-oriented problem solver in the product content space
• Be ready to shoot at a moment's notice for any last-minute ad-hoc photography production needs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or visualization software are a must.
• Strong aesthetic and design skills with an ability to interpret brand standards.
• Proven strength in problem analysis and creative problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Act and work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 
• Photography experience is a plus.
• Experience in Creative Force is a plus.
• Experience in Bynder is a plus.
• Experience in Salsify is a plus.
