About the Role

Title: Product Manager

Location: New York

Full time

Job Description:

Who We Are

MiQ is a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. We connect data from multiple sources to solve complex business problems for our clients and are experts in data science, analytics, and programmatic trading. Our US Product & Solutions team is pivotal to realizing commercial goals by building innovative tech solutions across core products and emerging channels.

About the Team

This role sits within the US Product & Solutions org. The team spans Product, Solutions Engineering, and Strategy & Partnerships, sitting under the US Strategy team and interfacing with a Center of Excellence-based development organization for engineering and build efforts.

The team focuses on verticals + channel innovation across  Healthcare, CPG/Commerce, Travel, Political, Social, YT & CTV to support our agency and brand direct clients.

The Role

The Product Manager is responsible for building vertical-specific products, working with cross-functional teams, and deploying them to market to drive adoption. This role focuses on gathering requirements through launch across priority vertical capabilities including Healthcare, CPG/Commerce, Travel, Political, and strategic channels.

PMs at MiQ are the connective tissue between commercial needs and technical delivery. You will need to understand how data pipelines, identity solutions, and measurement frameworks work, not to build them yourself, but to translate them into clear product requirements and market-ready capabilities. Coding experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.

What You'll Do

Product Development

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from commercial and GTM stakeholders

  • Lead the ideation, scoping, development, and launch of vertical-specific product capabilities

  • Build and maintain short-term and long-term product roadmaps, kept current based on market feedback and evolving priorities

  • Publish release notes and product updates to keep internal teams informed of what is live and what is coming

  • Define product KPIs and metrics to track success and inform continuous iteration

  • Ensure features meet market demand through structured testing cycles and feedback loops

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Align with commercial and GTM teams including Sales, Trading, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Vertical Leads, and Sales Marketing to gather requirements and surface product needs

  • Liaise with external data and measurement partners to facilitate audience activation, measurement workflows, and data connectivity required for product delivery

  • Present product ideas, gather structured feedback, and represent product priorities in cross-functional conversations

Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement

  • Partner with GTM functions to support enablement by providing the right documentation, feature guides, and collateral as needed

  • Maintain product roadmap visibility externally and internally, updating stakeholders on priorities and progress

  • Track product adoption post-launch and surface insights back into the roadmap planning cycle

Technical Collaboration

  • Translate complex data architectures and measurement frameworks into clear product specs and user-facing requirements

  • Develop a working understanding of how data connectivity functions across the product stack, including vertical data sources, DSP exposure logs, bidstream signals, and API integrations

  • Work closely with other PMs, Solutions Engineering and the Center of Excellence development team to scope, spec, and deliver product capabilities

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of at least one product or multiple feature sets shipped to market

  • Background in programmatic media, digital marketing, or advertising technology; campaign management experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working with engineering, data science, and other technical teams as core delivery partners

  • Experience presenting product ideas and gathering structured feedback from internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem: CTV, Display, Audio, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers and how they work together

  • Understanding of measurement and attribution methodologies in digital media

  • Familiarity with identity solutions and healthcare or vertical data partners is a strong plus

  • Comfort working with data; SQL familiarity, ability to interpret pipeline outputs, and experience working alongside data science teams. Python or scripting experience a plus

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for commercial audiences and vice versa

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous requests into structured product requirements

  • Collaborative working style with a track record of building relationships across functions

  • Enthusiasm for adtech innovation and a drive to grow alongside the business
