- What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, contracts, movements and exits
- Provide timely, practical advice to employees and leaders through the People Advice Centre (PAC)
- Manage HR cases via the ticketing system, ensuring strong service delivery and SLA performance
- Support employee relations matters and organisational change activities
- Contribute to knowledge articles, FAQs and self-service content across SharePoint and People Assist
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce repeat queries and enhance the employee experience
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a HR, People & Culture or shared services environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting
- Experience using HRIS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems such as Salesforce
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Exposure to employee relations or organisational change processes
