As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will develop and execute campaign strategies, funnel builds, and ongoing optimizations within the ads platforms, execute campaign launches, and work closely with Paid Media Managers within accounts.
As part of our team, this individual will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how to leverage performance analytics for long-term client growth, develop innovative content for social media markets, and grow their skills in a fun and fast-paced agency environment with clients of all shapes and sizes.
Responsibilities
● Manage paid media campaigns A-Z, including building campaigns from scratch on ad-buying interfaces, optimizing, and making daily adjustments as needed to ensure ROI is hitting goals.
● Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on data-driven conclusions.
● Help determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client KPIs through owned channels.
● Improve upon paid search and social media processes through innovation of new strategies and techniques.
● Manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and others, spanning both e-commerce and B2C accounts.
● Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes, both between campaigns within a paid account and across channels, based on overall return for your clients.
● Support strategy, planning, and production on small accounts, and provide pacing, reporting, production, and optimization support on larger accounts.
Requirements
● 1-2+ years of Paid Media advertising experience.
● B2C and B2B advertising experience preferred.
● Email & SMS marketing experience preferred.
● Google Ads certification and Meta Blueprint preferred.
● Shopify / e-commerce experience preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
● Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
● Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously.
● Strong understanding of the online advertising industry and social media landscape.
● Experience analyzing paid media results and finding data insights for external reporting.
● Experience developing and presenting digital strategy to clients is highly desirable.
$55,000 - $70,000 a year
Final compensation will be determined based on total related experience as well as geography.
