Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Statewide Facilitator for a deeply impactful, mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening family connections and improving outcomes for youth and families. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Central Ohio with regular statewide travel.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This dynamic, people-centered role is focused on leading and facilitating impactful, youth-centered meetings that help build lifelong support networks for young people. The Statewide Facilitator partners closely with county agencies and community stakeholders to implement and expand a highly effective family engagement model. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate youth-centered and family-driven meetings in partnership with county agencies and community stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead both virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring strong engagement and outcomes
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners statewide
- Support program implementation, coaching, and expansion efforts across multiple regions
- Track outcomes, maintain data systems, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver presentations, training materials, and outreach content
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, public policy, management, or a related field required
- Experience in facilitation, relationship management, or community-based program work
- Background in nonprofit, social services, child welfare, or related environments preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and build trust across stakeholders
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This opportunity offers an annual salary of $53,000–$55,000, along with a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
