Nao Now is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic mentors to teach English online to students ages 5–12 in South Korea. You’ll lead fun, 25-minute, 1-on-1 lessons designed to help each child feel confident and excited about learning English. Our interactive curriculum is fully built — your job is to bring it to life on screen and make each class engaging and memorable.
We're looking for mentors who bring warmth, energy, and creativity to every session. This is an independent contractor position.

Compensation
- $18- $20/hour
- Compensation based on performance and experience
- Paid per completed 25-minute lesson
- All lessons are pre-planned — no prep required
- Note: Training and onboarding are unpaid
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- A Bachelor’s degree or proof of enrollment in a BA program
- Strong on-camera presence and enthusiastic energy
- Comfortable working with children ages 5–12
- Make sure to have a headset—noise-cancelling is a plus!
- Reliable internet connection (at least 60 Mbps) with an ethernet cable (wired connection required) and a quiet teaching environment
- Must be available 7–10 hours per week during peak Korea hours (7:00–10:00 PM KST) and able to commit to students for at least 3 months.
- Bonus if you have experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, performing arts, or youth-related work
