Job Description:
Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health. We are redefining healthcare by putting the customer first and delivering access to care that is affordable, accessible, and personal, from diagnosis to treatment to delivery. No two people are the same, so we provide access to personalized care designed for results. By normalizing health & wellness challenges and innovating on their solutions, we’re making better health outcomes easier to achieve.
About the Role
Own day-to-day execution of the Audio channel (Podcast, Programmatic/Streaming) and support relaunch and special projects for other offline media (Direct Mail and OOH). This role is an exciting mix of project and campaign management, creative execution & ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. You're the hands-on operator: owning daily budget and performance management, making tactical media calls, and serving as the primary point of contact with our media agency on execution. You'll partner with the Senior Marketing Manager, who guides overall channel strategy, and turn that direction into tactical decisions, agency management, and creative output.
What You'll Do
-
Media Execution & Agency Management: Own tactical day-to-day decisions within strategic guardrails and execute with our media agency; own day-to-day agency relationship management, including inventory and compliance follow-through
-
Budget & Reporting: Own day-to-day budget management, pacing, tracking, and reporting; feed pacing and efficiency data into quarterly/annual planning
-
Creative: Drive creative strategy, briefs, and test design; own production and iteration with PMG; own performance tracking and brand safety/compliance review
-
Custom/Brand Creative: Lead creative project management for custom segments, social extensions, and other partnership extensions through cross-functional partnerships
-
Growth: Support testing/execution of new tactics, tech, and measurement approaches
-
Flex Support: Step in on Direct Mail and OOH campaign execution during relaunches or special projects, applying the same agency-management and creative-review rigor used in Audio
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years in media/marketing/advertising with proven experience owning channel-level budget, pacing, and agency performance management
-
Podcast/Radio/Streaming Audio experience is required (with additional Direct Mail and OOH experience preferred)
-
Strong project management skills across cross-functional stakeholders
-
Experience managing day-to-day agency relationships and holding partners accountable
-
Comfort with audio and direct mail measurement informing creative/media decisions (experience with Podscribe is strongly preferred)
-
Strong creative judgment across both performance ad reads and brand content
-
Excellent written/verbal communication; familiarity with creative briefing and providing internal business updates
-
Comfortable operating in ambiguity as the business evolves
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
-
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
-
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
-
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
-
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
-
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
-
Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
